"The cleaner was here for 3 hours and did not complete the cleaning checklist from the website. The price was $195 for three bathrooms, one kitchen and one living room. Cabinets were not wiped, countertop appliances were not cleaned or moved to clean underneath, dusting was not done well at all, bathtub ledge not wiped, window ledges not wiped. I did reach out to the company and they offered to fix these things and to make it right, the company also was very responsive and professional so that is why they do get three stars."
