"I saw the so called Tax pro Nagamalleswari or Malle for short. She did everything in her power to not answer my questions correctly and cover up that she was leaving money on the table. She straight out lied saying she got me the best tax return possible. I gave her two ways I could get more with a crypto loss and medical expenses. She said writing off my crypto losses and medical expenses would not matter at all. I kept asking her to do this and she said it wouldn’t really make a difference. Then she flat out told me it’s not worth her time and I should just complete the return. Fast forward a month, I file on my own with turbo tax and write off my own crypto loss and I got $1,500 more than she was offering. DO NOT GO TO Malle there!"

"I only go to this location because it's convenient. Their receptionist is absolutely lovely. But their accountant James or "Jim" was very cold, condensending, short and rude. He made me feel absolutely unwelcomed. He wouldn't help me. I walked out almost in tears. Maybe he was having a bad day, but towards me at least, his people skills were very much lacking."

"I had a fairly basic return, 3 forms. I was in and out in 15 minutes, which was great. I feel like $265 for 15 minutes is steep, but I'm happy I got it done so quickly and simply. UPDATED THE NEXT DAY: my return was rejected and I had to come back in to sign more forms, pay more in taxes AND pay another $35 to HR. I was told they would normally forgive that fee if it was earlier in the season. WHAT?! I feel gouged and overcharged."
