"Norm did my taxes, I sold a home and with all of his years of experience he never asked the original purchase price of my home, so instead of having no capital gains I was taxed on the full sales price. This was a 16k mistake, so 4 months later I'm still waiting for my refund that has not yet been reviewed by the IRS. I will say the manager, Nancy, was very helpful in filing an amended return. With that said will think twice about who I have do my taxes. This is an update on my review....it's been 7 months of interest lost 9n $16k waiting for my amended return to be reviewed. Now my Medicare is more than doubling due to Norms error. I called 2 days ago to talk with the manager with no response."
