"The person who cleaned my carpet was very nice but he was unable to clean the stairs although I told him in advance that I live in a townhouse, infcat the price we agreed upon included the stairs. He did gave me discount for being unable to clean the stairs but I'd rather have my stairs cleaned. I am planning to rent one of those small carpet cleaning machines to take care of the stairs"
