"As far as laundromats go it's definitely lacking. Two of the l larger capacity machines are always down. There's no sink or wash station at either location. Employees are there during the last two hours of operation and are generally friendly. There is however a younger man who feels he can talk to the men in there as though he's above them. I was helping a gentleman, the employee intervened as though I wasn't competent enough. He threw his hand up to silence me, because he hasn't learned their language his anger due to the barrier becomes quite evident. Trying to do his laundry this man who couldn't speak English becomes quite frustrated with the machine, him and I had it going just fine before this guy showed up. This man who works there needs to either learn Spanish or find a different job. Because he is not in a position to make anyone in that laundromat feel like they are less than him. This man seems to forget that he wouldn't have a job because of these people in there yet he just can't get past the fact that they don't understand what he's saying. The gentlemen doing his laundry didn't even realize what was being said and that is the worst part. But I realize what was being said an this guy is going to be reported. I stayed till closing to make sure that he could get his laundry finished without this guy harassing him. You could tell he was afraid to go in there with no one else but the night staff in there. I waited near the door till he was out . I want to give a big shout out to the employees at cricket who bailed on helping me translate to this sweet man. The only bilingual people I could find. Nope, they didn't care. This town makes me ill. I don't know why people think that they can put something into Google translate and show it to someone is going to work. I didn't want to get arrested so I said nothing to him. But the dozen or so men in there were with me in watching this guy like a hawk."
"We use this place weekly. Can get busy in the afternoons, but mornings are when we like to go. All machines have worked for us, no problems."
"The facility is pretty nice but the prices are really expensive and keep going up. The prices have increased around 30% in the time ive been coming here. Idk about you all but my utilities have not gone up 30% in the last 3 years. Thats your main overhead for a laundromat. So why the price hikes? Seems greedy to me."
"If you're desperate, you can do laundry from 6am to 7pm. The machines struggled to take my coins. Large wash was $9+ and smaller loads were priced at $6+ I switched to using my debit card to pay for a second load, expecting $6.25 to come out, but they took $15. It is expensive and somewhat reliable."
"Overall it’s a decent laundromat. Lots of machines down but I’m sure it has something to do with EVERYTHING being on back order because of “covid”. I use my card to swipe and It almost always gives me less time on the machine then what I paid for. It is what it is. Gets your clothes really clean in a timely manor."
