"I when I was a younger person, first job kinda thing... I used to go to H&R block once a year to get help filing my 1040EZ. By 2010 I felt like H&R block employees had just become an Amazon Audible version of TurboTax, so I cut out the middle-person and became a TurboTax subscriber. After buying my first house, and investing in two local businesses, as well as running a side business of my own, TurboTax (and tax season, frankly) quickly became TurboAnxiety, or TurboWonder (wondering if I had done it right), and the one time I used TurboTax's 'speak to a tax professional live' feature, I felt as though I was right back in the H&R block office again.
