"My husband and I were really excited to utilize their services as they came highly recommended from a friend and had great reviews, unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience. We were charged a comparable rate to other tax facilities ~$400 for relatively straight forward tax return. For that price we did not hear much from our tax consultant (we did not have "included" 30 minute meeting they advertise). When we did hear from them they just wanted to file continuances to get more time to file our taxes. The BIGGEST issue I had was once we received our taxes we realized we received another persons tax return (social security numbers included) and the tax firm did nothing about it. When we did eventually receive our taxes my husband caught that our tax forms neglected to include our city, zip code, and was missing my middle name on the document (required on the federal form) - again nothing done about it. By the 3rd time the documents seemed to by completed appropriately. My caution is if you do use their service review your documents VERY carefully."
