"Great! I love it when my husband comes home with his shirts. They're perfect like brand new. Staff is very nice. Glad they're open. They give a great service. Take all your clothes there. You'll love it!!!!!!"
"Looking for wedding dress reviews? Well they threw my wedding dress in the garbage. I brought my wedding dress to the dry cleaner 3.5 months ago. I was very attached to it sentimentally, and it was a very expensive dress! I had told Steve (the owner) that the lace was glued on when i dropped it off. Two months after I dropped it off I wondered why it was taking so long to get cleaned, I was afraid he might have ruined it. I called him to see how it was going. I told him I dropped off my dress a few months ago and was wondering if it was almost finished. He replied, “It’s almost done, I’m still working on it, I’ll finish soon, bye” and hung up, without letting me get one more word in. Sure enough, a few weeks later, he calls me and tells me my dress is ruined and I can come pick it up. Most of the glued on lace came off in the dry cleaning solution and there was glue all over the dress. Thankfully his insurance company covered all of our expenses, including the alterations. I had it in my mind that I would get back my ruined dress and bring it into an alteration shop and have them fix it with the insurance money we got. I also told Steve on multiple occasions that we planned to pick it up. I kept trying to get my dress back from him, but Steve wouldn’t let us take the dress until he got a hold of the manufacturer. The tag read it could be dry cleaned so it was thought it could be their fault. He was trying to get money from them so it wouldn’t affect his insurance premium. We got in touch with the manufacturer and they told us as soon as it leaves the store they aren’t liable for anything that happens to the dress. We asked if we could pick up the insurance check along with my dress. Steve texted us back, these were his exact words - “I am sorry that I threw it away. If you give me your address, I will have my accounting to mail you the balance check” He threw my wedding dress in the trash. Even though we told him multiple times we wanted it back (we have text messages proving this). I still cannot understand why he thought it was okay to throw it away. There was an email from the insurance company which said it technically belongs to Liberty Mutual, but since we wanted it back for sentimental reasons that would be fine. Even so, he threw it away. I feel he had no right to do that. Now we are unable to fix it or get back what was left of it. If I could give zero stars I would. He’s caused me so much emotional distress. Save yourself the trouble, just go somewhere else"
"Terribly disappointing service and quality of work. Every other dry cleaner I've ever gone to has fixed loose buttons for an insignificant charge (if not free of charge). Not these guys, not even close. Not only was it the most I've ever paid for a single suit to be cleaned, it was also one of the worst in terms of actually cleaning and De-wrinkling the garment. My suit almost looked better when I dropped it off. As a final "thank you for your business" they went ahead and put a large gauge safety pin (not at all appropriate for a custom tailored suit) through one of the jacket buttons to keep it stabilized. So I now have an irreversible hole on my jacket that clearly sticks out. They could've left it alone or even pulled the button clean off and informed me that it would need to be fixed properly. That wouldn't have been the most welcome news, but It certainly wouldn't have ended in me venting my frustrations over a Google review. Avoid this place if you value your clothes that are dry clean only. I'm giving two stars because at least my clothes didn't catch fire and they had a pretty quick turnaround time."
"I was using a Dry Cleaner in Vancouver, WA for a long time but then noticed my suits were getting heat stress wrinkles from being over pressed. So when I bought a new suit I took it to this place exclusively... I had to pay like $12.00 more per suit than the other place but at first thought it was worth it because at least they wouldn't ruin my suit. Wrong! This place too started to over heat my suit so I told a friend about it and he brought up the matter with the owner as he was dropping off his own suits. The clerk/ owner (?) said that he could fix the heat stress wrinkles if I bring it back in... the next time my wife tried to bring in my suit the guy told her he doesn't want to dry clean my suit anymore... like he was doing me a favor by charging me a lot more for a bad service or something? Times have definitely changed... businesses treat customers like we owe them something... not to mention that these guys are a lot more expensive than the cleaners in Vancouver... and they do not do any better. We really need another dry cleaner in Battle Ground because the two we currently have are expensive for nothing!"
"Excellent! I bring everything here from my husband's large hunting sleeping bag, to my favorite Nordstrom clothes. I come here weekly to have my husbands slacks dry cleaned. The clothes are pressed beautifully, smell fresh and are ready on time or a little early. The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful."
