"Gentlemen in the store told us twice the cost than a woman on the phone. When asked about this he was very rude saying he had no idea what we were talking about. He was nicer to a male customer that showed up around the same time. Rude from start to finish. Didn't leave my dress there and won't go back."

"When you drive 90 minutes to get uniforms cleaned and see a big #*%! Stain on the shirt one tends to wonder what you paid for... staff informed me her mom must have done it. I normally dont submit reviews but I feel they needed a "stain" on their service which is their sole purpose. Save you hard earned money."

"My great friend Susan took a comforter here to be cleaned. They were rude at the drop off and then at pickup they were rude yet again. When she got home and went to put her "clean" comforter on the bed she noticed it was still in the bag she took it into them in and the comforter had the same fold lines and the same dirty area where her dog scratches hershelf alongside the bed. The doghair was still on it as well. Some of the hair would have been gone by just shaking it out. Horrible service from the start to the finish. I hope she disputes the charges with her Visa company."

"I have been bringing my clothes to these people for years. They do an excellent job unlike others I tried before I came here. They are always friendly and actually care if they do the job I pay for unlike most other business in this area. Good old fashioned service. Thumbs up."

"Went back against my better judgment after my favorite drycleaner on 14th retired and sold her business. Shopped around and this guy was the cheapest but I'd pay more for an ounce of respect as a client. This guys' attitude is the same as it was years ago when I quit using him before. I prefer quality and convenience and neither are here. I had a wool blanket cleaned that it took me weeks to remember to pick up and it smelled like the old dilapidated building it was housed in that hasn't seen a paint job in forever and matches the 1960's décor inside along with the stale smell. I had asked for a quote on a ton of backlogged dry cleaning before I left and realized the blanket didn't smell fresh and his attitude was the same as always, he's busy, he's the best price and he could care less about you and I get the impression he has a distinct dislike for woman in general. He said he was too busy with all the uniforms in town ie: police, fire dept etc. I had referred many clients over the years prior to his attitude problems but I will send them anywhere but here in the future and I will gladly pay more elsewhere."
