"I only use this laundromat to drop off bedding. The last few times I have been there, there has been no one assist me and I have had to make an additional trip. Today I went in to drop off and there was a closed sign on the counter stating they would return at 10:40, it was 11:30. I ran my errands and came back to a sign that said be patient only one person on shift, I rang the bell and waited 10 minutes, no one came to wait on me, very frustrating, I will be looking elsewhere."

"As far as laundry mats go, this place is one of the better ones I've been to. The employees are always friendly and willing to help with any questions you might have about laundry or the facilities. There's a lot of machines both washing and drying a lot of different options as far as how much you want to pay or how big the load is. They're open till 8:30 at night which is nice. And they're open 7 days a week. The place is always clean they've always got the machine with the change, if you need to get laundry soap they've got that too or laundry bags. So I always go there. I've been to a couple others in town but this one's the best."

"I tried tell them one of there washers sounded like space heater they seem not to care and was rude I was nice as could be too them and I'm glad the other worker told me one to tell was him cause I would felt super bad for saying Excuse Me Miss because I could tell but least they could have done was be nice too me and put out order sign on there washer cuz I said nother wrong or rude too them"

"Super expensive now DIRTY and most of the machines are out of order so people are having to use smaller machines which costs more money. I also found someone going through my clothes in the washer...and two different people took my cart because they did not have enough to go around."

"Impressively clean facility for being a laundromat. Facility definitely needs some repair and updates. Bathroom and vending could be very easy, noticeable, and affordable changes that would give the whole place a better fuel. New coat of paint and new/ repaired floor would also be very nice. Machines seem to overall be in great condition and seem to work fairly well. Longer wash cycles would be very beneficial in the overall cleanliness of the finished laundry. Better dryer maintenance and longer dry times could result in better first run results as well without having to add more time. Employee/s seemed like they could use additional assistance in completing responsibilities. Would reduce the occasional "rude" or "curt" responses given to customers. Employees are over worked and stressed covering too many responsibilities. Will use facility again but the whole place and experience could be so much better with realistic, affordable, and simple changes and upgrades."
