"They do a great job dealing with our difficult and reactive dog. They always allow him to enter at a different door, if there are dogs present in the lobby. They have also helped my dog with a leg amputation when diagnosed with bone cancer. They answered all my questions and gave me great advice when handling this cruddy situation. He is thriving and living out the remainder of his days on three legs."
