"Responds quickly, communicates effectively, does things when he says he will and does fantastic work! I only wish the other contractors were this way! He was part of the process to build my home in Ocean Shores and certainly made my life easier. Work he provided: Cleared my lot, laid down construction driveway, provided temporary power hook up, temporary water, dig out and backfilling and then also did the work to make for the permanent connections for the sewer, water and trenched for the permanent power. Afterwards I asked him to gravel in my lot. When working with him you can tell he has been working in the industry and he knows the ins & outs. There was a small emergency to move a sewer vent and he was arriving on location as I was talking to him on the phone about it. He is not a bare minimum guy, you can tell he takes pride in his work. You can tell he values his customers. We need more people like Shawn in the industry. If there is anything else I need, I know I will be contacting him again!"
