"DO NOT LET --JAMES READT DO YOUR TAXES!-- What a horrific expirience DO NOT LATE -J Readt at h&r block do your taxes! Hes completely un proffentional and un knowledgable at hos job. He should be fired the way he disrespects and talks to his clients. I walked out with my taxes?all screws up even worst. The second time i dealt with him he couldn't fix HIS mistakes and began to get frustrated and took it out verbally on me.. I became so frustrated and insulted i cried!! His co workers stepped in and ADMITTED he has a issue disrespecting people. Sadly I am still dealing with these people. I have not recieved. any info on my taxes over 2 months later. I called a few times to ask and i am told they will call back but never do! Today i called an a woman answered and from the begining she was short tempered un profesional and snappy. She acteted like i was bothering her or my questions were incoviencing her. If you want your taxes done properly and without being insulted go somewhere else!"

"These people are here to answer any questions you throw their way. And they are sweetly patient! I believe that if the tables were turnt I'd be îrratated with me! Lol they took it and still didn't treat me bad."

"If i could give zero stars i would I filed my taxes in January. The tax prep guy that helped me was incredibly slow and i had to fill in most of the info.... he incorrectly filed my taxes which led to them being rejected.... at that point jan took over my filing shes incredibly short on the phone. I had to call 8 times to ask ger what was going on and i still have not gotten a straight answer even after 15 additional phone calls... not 1 returned call i was charged 400 to file my taxes and i still have not gotten my return 10 months later.... worst filing experience ever! I used to stand by h&r block but i will never file my taxes with them again...."

"Our appointment was at 3 pm at 3:35 pm we were called back . At 3:55 pm they told him his 4pm was there waiting. We were told we would have to make another appointment . Not sure how our appointment was the one they played catch up on to get their schedule back on track . They could have just called me and cancelled . I’m sure they are nice people but I did not matter to them ."

"Just moved to the area and this was the nearest location. My guy Michael Miazga was wonderful, he was friendly, thorough going through my things, and super patient while I dug up other information I forgot to bring along. He even sent me off with things I will need for changes on my next year's taxes so I could be prepared. It was definitely about as pleasant an experience you can get for tax time"
