In June the scheduler called to inform me that they had overbooked & to be helpful I agreed to reschedule to July. Two days before that service the scheduler again called & said they would not be able to do both inside & out and had to change the date again. I reluctantly agreed, but when I expressed displeasure (I believe I said that this did not reflect well on the company), the woman hung up on me.
