"There were errors with the return itself that were not corrected before being submitted to the IRS. I did not consent to having the fees taken from my return, I specifically agreed to paying for them in person at the time of service. I also did not consent to the extra fees for how my return would be provided to me. I specifically asked for whatever option was free, i.e. check or direct deposit. Both Jon my tax agent and Mike the tax specialist present were unable to fix the issues. I was told that the Manager Dave would call me back yesterday, but I waited all day and never heard from him. I then called and spoke with two females (one was named Nicole) who said that they weren't able to fix the issue, so I asked that my return be cancelled. Nicole stated that she would ask the tax specialist to look into cancelling my return, but Mike was unable to. I was told that the regional manager named Matt would be following up on this but still have not heard back. I have yet to speak with an actual manager."

"I had my taxes done by Jennifer Martini this year, and it was the most enjoyable time I have had doing them. Jennifer cares about you and getting you the best refund possible. Everyone in the office went out of their way to be kind to my son and I. You do pay fees for the service but it feels like you are visiting old friends. I give Jennifer Martini and the others in the office my highest recommendation. Plus Jennifer knows where to get the best tamales ever!"

"Nice place, everyone was so nice. Magdalena helped me out with my taxes and was so patient with me since I didn't come fully prepared with receipts and whatnot. She made sure I got as much money as possible refunded, I was quite surprised. The only thing is the pricing. Depending on what type of taxes you're doing, you could be paying more than you're getting. Knowing this, I would go back when I have simple taxes to do, like my W-2."
