"They totally ruined a $500 alpaca blanket of mine. When I called to ask for compensation, they were extremely rude, interrupted me whenever I was speaking, and blamed me for the damage they did. I even told them the manufacturer said it was their work that ruined it but they refused to listen. They only yelled, interrupted, and belittled me. Do not take anything valuable here!"
"In my opinion it's a little pricey but they do a great job. I had two uniforms dry cleaned and pressed as well as a alteration to a pair of dress pants and everything came out great. Be sure not to do anything last minute, had to wait a few days but that's because they stay busy."
