I don't think my chimney has been cleaned in a long time. He came on time, actually fixed my flue that was stuck from non use and the cherry on top!! He took a huge antenna off my roof for no charge! Who does that these days? Well Scott does! I was so impressed. He was very affordable, fast, efficient, he put blankets down around the fireplace and cleaned up after.
