This means some neophytes are getting invaluable training and being brought up to speed rapidly, with access to advice. All levels are handled. Hard working folks in reception, handling schedules and arrivals, multiple phone calls per minute, taking payments, and retrieving records. A major drop off practice as well if you can't get an appointment or don't want one. Quite an operation."
