"Five stars from me too. The owner/operator is a young guy (relative to me!) and seems very knowledgeable and careful not to damage the roof during the cleaning. He uses a dilute solution of chlorox to kill the moss and other growth on the roof. Then he removes the heavy growth by hand. He provides a 5-year warranty on his work."
