"When I had my documents I took them in so my H&R advisor could start putting together my return... I was hoping I could sign the finished return in a few days, earlier than I had been able to send in my return in the past. To my surprise, over a cup of excellent coffee my return was finished in one short setting while I was tutored on several things taxwise I had not known... I'm DONE! VERY satisfactory experience."

"I made an appointment over 4 weeks ahead of filing date they assured me they could do my tax return. Then they told me they had to get an extension and charged me $99. I ended up having to take my taxes to someone else when they gave me my paperwork back it was incomplete it had been shredded and I didn't have originals and I ended up with other people's very important tax papers. I tried to resolve things with Danielle Russell the team leader/ office manager he said he would get me my money back if he had to pay me out of his own pocket and that he would contact me after the 4th of July and I have yet to hear from him. His number took me to Everett office. They acted like they didn't even know who he was or where he was. I called the office yet again and they were of no help just kept asking if they could make me an appointment. So I decided to go this route. I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me post."

We talked about how I should pay quarterly and that I should keep a journal of all my expenses, which I'll start on right away for 2021. What a pleasure to feel as if I was in competent hands and working with someone very knowledgeable of tax laws. I'll be back next year."
