"Horrible job. Ruined my shirts. Do not get button up shirts pressed or starched. Wrinkles everywhere that are pressed on. They even pressed over the buttons and seams so that they show through on the other side of sleeves. Very upset."

"She doe not do vintage garments: too much time commitment and risk from the item's value. Though I appreciate the honesty, it's concerning that they are unwilling to put in the quality time (which I would happily pay for) and perhaps is not confident in their skill to care for the quality items. The upfront policy is a plus though. I must look elsewhere however."
