"We are slowly renovating a home we purchased and replacing the carpet is low on the priority list. The carpet on the stairs is the original carpet from the 70's and was showing it's age. I can't believe the difference after a cleaning from Merrill's. It's just crazy how it looks brand new. They were "cleaned" prior to us moving in but I wish they would have used Merrill's. There was candle wax imbedded in the carpet and Merrill's got that out too. My other problem area was the carpet in the basement. I was dog sitting a yellow lab for 2 months. The dog left but her odor stayed. Merrill's got the pet stains out and the odor is gone. Great communication, super friendly and reliable."
