"While B of A has an opened lobby with social distancing -- still not with US bank. Also while waiting in drive up window line can be long wait the teller machine has not correctly worked for at least a year. It stopped taking any of my checks a long time ago so tried again today and it still wont take any of my check. Teller always says "its real picky". How about getting it fixed??? It used to accept my checks. Poor service!"

"Try to have an auto loan there and the lady Christine wasn’t very nice to us at all, we try to understand the process but she doesn’t even wanted to explain or answer my questions , talking so loud , almost like yelling at me and feel she is racist. I would never use US bank and they should fire her. Fire her ,US bank will have my business, if they don’t , I don’t think this branch will last long. Respond to US bank, nope, you not worth my time , I got my loan from Becky already. Ciao"

"I constantly get lip from the tellers at the drive thru. I've complained about their service and it continues. I don't bank there. I have a HELOC there and deliver the payment by hand via the drive thru. They staff their drive thru like an after thought. I've waited as long as 10 minutes there at the window while the tellers chit chat with each other and/or help people inside the bank. My payment amount comes in the form of interest only minimum payment. Over 8 years of hand delivering because the mail is too slow, ONE teller would take the payment, return in 3-5 minutes and THEN ask how I wanted to apply the extra money... eye roll, TO PRINCIPAL, WHAT ELSE? Seriously, no one else asked, it got applied just fine. Only her. Now there is another one who did the same thing and when I seemed annoyed her response was, seriously, 'FYI BETSY... blah de blah de blah'... DO THEY TRAIN THESE PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE????? I really doubt it. I can't wait to get this paid off or moved. Once a month is way too often to try to deal with these people."
