"On weekday evenings, they play really loud punk rock music. Unfortunately, I do like some rock and this rock is not very good (many out of tune high notes) and the set is quite repetitive. Not very good neighbors, tbh. I used to be in a jazz band, so I feel like I have the ability to say — there’s a difference between practicing music for the purpose of rehearsing and improving vs. enjoying hearing the sound of your own voice/instrument using multiple amps with windows open. They are the latter. Renters and home owners, beware."
