"I used there payroll services for 2 years, they did a good job. I was no longer in need of payroll after 2 years and they continued to charge me for a filing they said I needed to do, instead of changing my business status so I did not have too. I was a month late on a $60.00 payment because I ran out of business checks, so I mailed them a personal check for the $60.00. They sent the check back to me, stating that they sent my bill to collections. They also never filed the tax form for 2021 they were billing me for."

"These ladies are super professional. They understand your needs and respect your time. They are under some huge constraints too with tax laws changing way too often and no info from the Fed makes things hard. Yeah, I sit sometimes with them for a couple of hours, but geez they take this time to talk things through and they are very thorough. Super nice people who are trying to help in any way they can. They dig up deductions from who knows where. It is a really hard job and your money is pretty darn important to them. They have my best interest at heart and it is more than just a business for them. I would highly recommend these gals and have been with them for years. I trust them totally with my personal and my business taxes and books."

"They are pretty inefficient with their time. When you wait in their office you can just hear the bookkeepers gossiping and chatting and really not doing a lot of work. Makes you wonder what you're paying for. I spent four hours sitting at their desks trying to get my businesses in all the right boxes organized and they charged me for that time. It was a ridiculous waste of my time in the end because they couldn't seem to wrap their head around how a balance sheet was done in real estate. Definitely a waste of my money. Find another company. These women are in it for the social experience and their need to checklist forms."
