"I would have given a ZERO if there was choice. Extremely disappointed, filed on-line with pro assistance and peace of mind package, docs went to a TaxPro in this office. Have been following up for 3 weeks. You sent messages through MyBlock no response, called office - no response, left voice message nobody calls back, reaching out to tech support and literally spending 30+ hrs in just the follow up and no response! This is just a torture and not customer service or providing peace of mind by any means. Not going to try this any more!"
