"I went to H&R Block thinking it will be done the right way the first time. While working with the H&R employee, it was kind of a confusing ordeal, even though my return was very basic. It seemed like the lady had a very hard time doing what she needed and after she was finished, she did not include our kicker check, so she had to go back in and redo it. Then, after that was redone, they could not could not get the discount entered correctly and had to wait three days for that to happen after we waited an additional week trying to get things sent through. The management had to get involved to fix all the mistakes created by the employee. Now we are put back further on getting our refund. I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get through to somebody to speak with, and could not get through. All I was hearing was a bunch of static on the other line, no matter how many times I called back. I don’t think I will return back to this facility for taxes again. The stress level is too high and having to return too many times too many problems, and then having to pay too much money at the end still not knowing where I will get my taxes back. I understand a new employee, but with all the mistakes were made, that employee should not be doing taxes. I’ve never seen a manager go through a tax form and fix so many things. Bottom wire can’t trust them to do the right thing unless you watch every step they make and then have to spend time going back and calling them to get things corrected and then again waiting longer for my return. Considering all the mistakes that they made I shouldn’t be charged anything for what they put me through. Just getting some kind of a Discount was a three day hassle, waiting for him to figure it out. Sorry H&R Block I don’t think I can trust you for doing my taxes anymore. This is the time for me to change next to a reliable company."
