"Decided to make an appointment online since they're right across the street from me. I made it for 8am on Feb 14. That was great since I work graveyard; I could grab my paperwork after work, then head over. Got an email the next day saying it had been rescheduled for 9am on the 14th. Then I got another email asking if 9am was okay and I replied, " Yes, 9am will do." Then I got ANOTHER email saying that the 9am appointment was given to another client and got a list of available appointments... all in late afternoon. Forget this! There's a Jackson Hewitt right across the street. I'm sure they'll take my business since H & R Block doesn't seem to want it."

"I tried to call for an estimate and the person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. She informed me it would be at least 8 hours until I got a call back and that was understandable. After she asked for my personal information such as DOB, email, address, etc. When I didn't want to disclose my DOB or email she laughed and said "uh okay." I hung up and will never use their service. I will not put my trust or personal information in the hands of people who are so disrespectful"
