"Although convenient and Local, the Tax Reps here are quite unprofessional when preparing your taxes in their office. When we went the preparer kept discussing how much I made yelling it LOUDLY in the office. This should be private and not shared with others who can hear. We also had to receive a letter from Oregon Revenue for additional information for the second year in a row despite me telling them that those documents had to be included. She assured me (incorrectly) that my Employer had sent that information. As a result we are having to wait additional weeks to receive our refund. We will not be going back. I received the Response from the Owner and called the number they requested I call. I had to go through a lot of button pushing ony to get to someone who wanted to "open an investigation" but wanted to know about my incident which I already provided, and they should have on file. This was a useless exercise except that I was able to let people know that H&R Block on 3rd Street in Camas Washington is not a good place to get you taxes done. I paid several hundred dollars to get my taxes done only to be lied to by the Manager that they would call me back and they did not. They also led me to call yet another number which was no help at all."

"Timothy was great to work with. I didn't have my PERSI tax returns and he helped me look it up and download it. He also informed me that I have $3,000 coming to me in child tax credit and he helped me get it set up for direct deposit of that."
