"Wow, where to start... Irena has saved my life. Maybe not literally, but it feels like it. I am self-employed with a home office deduction and a bunch of medical deductions and it got so complicated to do my own taxes but it felt more daunting to try to explain all of this to someone else. She was patient, kind, understanding, empathetic and professional. She helped me through questions, both complicated and questions I was embarassed about because I should have known the answer. She went above and beyond in answering my many MANY questions. When I get my tax bill, every year, I am shocked at how little it costs to have someone so knowledgeable do this for me. It is the best money I spend all year. I never thought I'd be so grateful for a "tax person" but I really am. Highly highly recommend."

"The services felt like glorified but harder to use turbotax forms that I filled out myself. And they don't even send in your city of Portland tax forms which makes no sense whatsoever because that's what your being paid to my taxes on whole not in part. I'm honestly upset about the money spent on these services. There was multiple communication issues I had along the way during tax season that made taxes more stressful than needed because they didn't ask simple questions. My taxes would have been filed two month earlier than they were if not for these communication problems."
