"they're just data entry people. don't answer questions, review for accuracy or do anything else. when I tried to get a refund, the rep on the phone told me she would never trust h&r block with her own taxes and that I'm not entitled to a refund because I clicked "I agree" on the screen where I was apparently notified that the pro review I was paying for was actually just data entry"
