I never filed iTeach Texas for my taxes for the past few years because I was informed that I couldn't. My previous personal tax professional never took a second look at the school to find out if I could use them as educational expenses, etc. Sandra was professional and efficient. "asked a "tax pro" to review my return and their review changed my results such that I was told to pay $700 more than I actually owed and the "pro" did not address anything I asked about. the "pro" just sent me repeated copy paste messages asking for material I already provided. when I called to get my "pro" review service refunded, first the automated answering machine said it was transferring me and then hung up. then the first rep I talked to put me on hold which resulted in my being transferred to another rep and starting the call over again. then the second rep said she was processing my return and put me on hold which again transferred me to another rep to start over. then the third rep gets all the way through the process, admits she doesn't even use hr block, and said she processed a partial return (because accuracy, it turns out, "isn't guaranteed") and I will get an email confirmation. I got no refund and no confirmation but received two surveys. I will never use hr block again. Edit: Owner, I did call and the outcome is described above. I have yet to receive my refund. FIX THIS."
"David was great at tackling my taxes, he was prompt and helpful. The location was convenient fortunately, because uploading docs was a challenge (that's why I knocked a star off). In person everything happened quickly and efficiently, with advice for next year as well - I was pleasantly surprised!"
