"My tax professional, Sandra Johnson, reminded me about filing my taxes. She contacted the online alternative certification program for teaching to verify that it was an accredited school. I never filed iTeach Texas for my taxes for the past few years because I was informed that I couldn't. My previous personal tax professional never took a second look at the school to find out if I could use them as educational expenses, etc. Sandra was professional and efficient. I will definitely have her prepare my taxes next year."

"asked a "tax pro" to review my return and their review changed my results such that I was told to pay $700 more than I actually owed and the "pro" did not address anything I asked about. the "pro" just sent me repeated copy paste messages asking for material I already provided. when I called to get my "pro" review service refunded, first the automated answering machine said it was transferring me and then hung up. then the first rep I talked to put me on hold which resulted in my being transferred to another rep and starting the call over again. then the second rep said she was processing my return and put me on hold which again transferred me to another rep to start over. then the third rep gets all the way through the process, admits she doesn't even use hr block, and said she processed a partial return (because accuracy, it turns out, "isn't guaranteed") and I will get an email confirmation. I got no refund and no confirmation but received two surveys. I will never use hr block again. Edit: Owner, I did call and the outcome is described above. I have yet to receive my refund. FIX THIS."
