"Great people there. I did my taxes online last year. The outcome was good, fair fees. This year, the my refunds are a lot less. On top of that higher fees this year. I'm probably going to do my taxes myself next year or go elsewhere. Definitely no fault of my preparer, I just can't justify paying higher fees next year with a limited budget."
"Great tax pro but the office setting is blah and the front desk person never seems to know what she's doing and definitely had an attitude. Their front parking was taken away and now you have to park in a very busy gas station. I don't plan on going back to this location in the future, sorry."
