"Had appt for monday 2-6 when I arrived was told there was no one there to help me and she tried to call and didn’t want to cancel on me so I just left work an hour early to be here for my appointment. I told her if she had just cancelled I could of rescheduled with another location but she would rather me show up then make an new appt at another location . Omg ….. ridiculously wasted my time. I asked for a coupon for inconvience a discount and she said she could not but gave me. A car$ with manger phone. Umber so not only did I show up for an appointment I didn’t really have cause no one there to help I know have to call to get some kind of break if any at all with a manager, Ives used h and r block for more than 5 years but I think this is my last time if I didn’t get some kind of credit for all this"

"The man that help me was James Boyd he is an amazing gentleman he help me understand thinks better and clearly he was friendly and kind it's obvious that he enjoy his job I definitely would want to have him help me again next year overall he is outstanding at his job and very helpful to make sure you understand 1/28/2023"

"So I did the drop off method and filled out there packet making sure I put that I qualify for the amtrak act and that we need to make sure that gets put in there well they didn't do that now they have to ammend my refund not only that she called me a week after my taxes were done and saying I have 30 minutes to come pick my stuff up or it's getting brought to longview it just keeps going ill never go back there"
