"Do not get your taxes done by JH. They have so many fees it eats up your tax rebate and also the workers don’t care enough to have the right information. I did my taxes through them for the advance and AFTER I did my taxes she said Oh ANNND the cut off for the advance (loan) was yesterday. Mind you this is 5 hours AFTER I did my taxes. I can’t cancel them and get my taxes done elsewhere for less fees or anything so they SCREWED ME all the way around. AGAIN. Never will I ever go through them to get ANYTHING DONE."
