H&R Block

"Stay away from Kelso H&R block!! They illegally took my state refund! They weren't even authorized to touch my state refund check even!! I'm now having to hire an attorney and take them to court as well as the tax prep lady who knew 100% we did not authorize our state check to be even sent to H&R block!!! DO yourself a huge favor- and do not go to kelso H&R block! Matter fact go anywhere but H&R block! They will take your money and you'll be forced to sue them! Never be a customer of theirs! I promise you will get your money taken here's proof they took over $1,200 from me! You lost customers for life H&R block! You know you had no right, doing this!! You never had my permission to touch my state refund! Was to be a paper check sent to to me! The federal return was to be used for tax prep & fees! Not take my whole state refund!! Nope! They just took money that was never even to be used by them! Agreement broken! See where it says you authorized below! I never ever authorized my state check to be used for anything Donna was told I authorized a paper check being sent to me as year before was done! Any fees where only authorized to be taken out of federal return only! Broke contract, broke agreements, illegally transfered money into their own account! And took whole state refund! You were 100% not authorized to use or even touch my state refund! If you want a refund, do it yourself or go anywhere but here, they'll take your money they weren't even supposed to touch! Don't say you weren't told!"

I made a reservation online, then received a call a couple of days later from the local office (woodland, WA), letting me know that they will not accept the online reservation. They moved my reservation ~ 20 miles away. After the appointment, my taxes were emailed to have my wife sign electronically. But, when she logs in, the taxes are still in tax preparation...... unacceptable. Now, I am going to drive my wife 33 miles to have her sign. This is 2 years in the row that I have had issues with the H&R Block office in Kelso, WA. I do not recommend."
