"I've dealt with so many mistakes from this location, a new and different one every year so it's been hard to catch them when I've told myself "next year I'll make sure that doesn't happen". I think Leonard is the only one who knows what he's doing. Update: 4 yrs later… H&R block just sucks.. (especially since Leonard retired) so many years later and they are still messing up. I used to like that they had the loan option and that’s the only thing that drew me in probably but that’s not even worth the hassle. I was charged more than I was supposed to, charged twice by my account, but the office closed for the year so I was trying to get it settled this year and I do feel like I’m being given lip service. They have whittled a $295 overage to saying they only owe me $40 magically. But…if I didn’t check in on it again and again even that would fly away because if they owe you ANYTHING apparently it’s the old don’t call us, we’ll call you or the check is in the mail. I’ve gotten the latter, literally. A check which never came off course. Shady way to do business. Is this every office? I hope not. Olympia is only half hour away."
