"Having been a tenant at CHI since the beginning on my long college journey, it has been a lovely experience both within my room and outside of it, whether you speak on the quality management, the beautiful location and views involved, the simple yet homey design of the pods/rooms or the ease of access to college material seeing as Peninsula College is next door. Some of my fonder memories such as making jokes with other tenants in the old GroupMe chat involving everyone, communicating things with other pods such as laundry timings and so on were all had here at CHI. The one downside is there's no pool table room, but with all of the upsides it's almost a non issue."
