"We have gotten our taxes done for years at h&r block. The last two years we got them done with Teddra, last year she was friendly enough asked if our numbers were monthly or yearly. This last year I wrote out our taxes in columns like last year, she looked through it, scoffed and started crossing out columns, saying this doesn't count, in the end she chuckled and said if you want more from your return you need to withhold more from your paycheck. As we left I realized she didn't ask if the columns I wrote down were monthly or yearly, I was put off from her attitude. My husband said we definitely won't be back. It's not the return that upset me, it was totally her attitude, my husband and I work hard, just because we don't sit behind the desk doesnt mean we dont deserve a little respect."
