"They don't answer their phone and they do not take messages and call you back. When you get their local line, it gives you a voice recording, thanks you for calling, and then hangs up on you. I received an invoice from them which had an error on it and I live out of town. As I can't resolve it on the phone, it looks like I will have to drive the 2 hour round trip so I can go in and personally resolve it. Ridiculous. Bank elsewhere."
"The ATM is continually out of service. Considering it's the only US Bank ATM within 20+ miles in any direction, it's more than an annoyance. Tonight I needed to deposit a check, so I paid the bridge toll both ways for a wasted trip to Hood River. Please do a better job of keeping your sole ATM working for your customers."
