"To new pet owners, I would redirect you to a different Banfield Pet Hospital. Anywhere but here. *I personally love the Mill Creek location* I came here back in the beginning of December to get her shots done and I had concerns on her weight (I also have a dog and she loves to eat my dogs food). After taking her in, they refused to give my kitten any shots because they suspected she was pregnant and asked me to pay a fee of $700 (at another vet not Banfield) to get an ultrasound. I knew she was not pregnant so I set an appointment 2-3 months because I knew if they were right she would give birth, and if she was wrong she wouldn’t show any signs of pregnancy. And I was right, she has no signs of pregnancy now that it is February. It is the day of the appointment, I receive information about what to do the day before surgery. I confirm that I will be coming to the appointment via text message. I start the fasting the night before, and leave my house and arrive at the appointment 10 mins early. 5 mins before my appointment is about to start I get the call that my vet calls in sick. 5 MINUTES before your first appointment is irresponsible and rude. I then ask for their earliest appointment and the best they can do is 2 weeks from now after I’ve had this appointment scheduled for months. I will NEVER book with this location again unless I have to. But I am not happy with my time here, and I am not happy that they didn’t provide the shots my cat needs and I am now behind on my Banfield shot schedule for my cat due to their irresponsibility."
"The Optimum Wellness Plan (OWP) is a scam. They sold me that plan as an insurance, to lower my bet costs, including free visits. I asked if I could cancel it, and was told that I had to keep it at least for a year, the first year. It auto renewed and when I went to cancel it, they said I would have to pay for the times I visited the vet and all the other costs used, in order to cancel it. They can't service the contact anymore, because I moved out of the country, and yet, they want me to pay. It's a scam!"
"When I adopted my fur baby just over three years ago, I went to a lot of "recommended vets" and when I felt like they were just after "the next paycheck" I stopped going and moved onto a new vet, that is until I got to Banfield. They were in it for the pets, not the money! This is the reason I stuck with them. I've been going to Lynnwood Banfield ever since and Dr. Achenbach has been so great in so many ways. We have a dog that has health issues and Dr. Achenbach has been more then helpful of teaching us how to help our pup and he gives off the most positive vibe that you could imagine. Thank you, Lynnwood Banfield team, for all you do for our pets and thank you Dr. Achenbach for all of your continuous support!"
"Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Dropped off my dog at 8am and was told I would get information about when to pick her up. I call at 4:30pm after hearing nothing, waited on hold for 20 minutes only to find out that they have done nothing with her until I called to figure out when I could pick her up. When was this going to be communicated? Why not call with an update? Why even accept a drop off if you know you are too busy to even start looking at them before you close? My biggest question, what was their plan if I didn't call and ask them to look at my pet?! How can a facility be focused on "Pet Health" when they leave them in a cage for over 8 hours of the day without communicating with their owners? Then the price, $120 to find out nothing the first time, $180 to find out nothing the second time. I had a Banfield wellness plan, but I am 100% cancelling it."
