"Thanks for the years of dedicated care of Lance's ears and skin. He is so much better and enjoying life vice all the discomfort he was in prior to your care."
"DON’T RECOMMEND - Trying to suck every last penny out of you! Went to the appointment thinking we could diagnose what our dog is allergic to for $169 which is what we were told when we called. We head to the appointment where they said they standardly these tests for dogs. Next thing you know we are walking out with a bill OVER 10X the cost. There was no transparency at all that all the “standard” tests and medication were this much. Additionally, they tried to upsell us on a subscription of something like $200 every month. How can they expect any owner to be okay with these shady practices. Finally, they wanted us to schedule a follow up appointment for our dog based on the treatments but how the heck can I justify coming back when the first appointment was over $1500. This place was extremely infuriating!"
"They were able to help my dog with his allergies. Yes it cost money, but now he is living life mostly itch free. Recently he develop a tumor I was so concerned about. I wrote a letter and sent pictures and they were able to get him in sooner. Instead of taking my money and beating around the bush, this clinic gets to the source and to the point. Which is a win in my book. I get results here. They also scored a lot of points for getting me in sooner and for hearing my concern. I can't thank them enough and so pleased. I highly reccomend if your pet is suffering."
"I usually make it a point to post positive reviews. But this negative review is in honor of my sweet Pit Bull who was failed by several humans, including ASAC, to hopefully prevent this from happening to your pet. I adopted a very sweet rescue pitbull with a bad skin condition. We we referred to ASAC as a series of different antibiotics from prior vets did not help, thus her condition was deemed more complex. She literally had open sores, blood and scabs all over. After ASAC assessed her, we were given more antibiotics, shampoo and a followup appointment 2 months later. After three weeks and a worsening condition, ASAC said they did not have any openings but gave me a new antibiotic and pain pill for her. After a few days, and prior weekly emails with photos to ASAC showing her progressively worsening condition asking for help, we were given a followup appointment the following week. I asked for stronger pain pills as she could barely walk at this point without whining in pain, which they did. The next day my poor girl could barely move. I made the hard choice to end her pain for good. A mobile vet came to my house and commented that she appeared to have an aggressive fungus or possibly cancer and noted her pain pill was not nearly strong enough to make a difference. I later left a VM to ASAC to say I needed to cancel my appointment because we had to put her down. They called the following business day to say they got the message and would update her record. No mention of condolences. Cold, ineffective and useless treatment toward my sweet girl. Will never go here again."
"Dr. Duclos and staff helped us get our 10 lb Chihuahua / Jack Russell Terrier rescue doggie (@buster_the_terrhuahua) relief with allergy shots. We’re down to just giving him one shot a week now and it’s super easy (pinch shoulder skin, distract with treat, poke, give more treats, done!). We are still giving him Apoquel once a day as well but we are thinking that after a full year of the injections have gone by, he will not need those anymore. Go see them if your doggie has itchy paws or watery eyes!"
