"Want an old school, professional, efficient, warm, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, time saving & give a damn pharmacy? You've found it in this one. They've been great every time. Had an emergency with my beloved Elderly cat on home hospice for cancer. Am lucky to have an outstanding hospice vet who recommended this pharmacy. He needed a stronger flavor in his rx this last time to get him to open his mouth I'd discovered & called the pharmacy the day before Xmas eve day to inquire as to what to do about it. I was told the solution but was unable to drive there due to being in the hospital myself 3 times this month & was too ill to drive anywhere. I explained my predicament & we knew the mail would take longer than my cat's immediate urgent needs. The pharmacist did something that blew me away that I've only ever had in very small towns long ago; he went above & beyond the call of duty in insane traffic well out of his way a few hours later to bring me the extra flavoring! Didn't charge me one red cent either for doing it. Remember when we mattered? We matter here as do our loved ones including our pet family. This give a damn caring service is almost extinct in modern times & I'm very grateful to the pharmacist, (Mike), & pharmacy for helping my precious kitty & I when we were in such need. Thank you again! Thanks to Mike & the entire NWPC crew BRAVO! This pharmacy walks the walk. I'd recommended it to everyone! You matter here. The pharmacist (& owner Mike), saved the day! He had offered a closed store day help in pharmacy via phone a few months back for my cat's same compounded rx should I need it. Been getting my cat's rx for over a year here at NW Pharmaceutical Compounding & I'm very impressed all around. The communication failures or delays that happen at other pharmacies between pharmacy & doctor don't happen here nor are there issues with clear & concise communication with me. NWPC & crew make you feel better & lower the anxiety level instead of adding fuel to it. Too many pharmacies add insult to injury. Not here. You're in good hands & yes, they have your back as well as your loved pet's back. The rx wasn't for me but the emergency aid flavoring run to my home when I was too sick to drive eased my worries because I, also with a splinted wrist & hand, wasn't easily attempting a one handed rx cheek pouch application on a very fragile cat who wouldn't open up adding upset & struggle to his last precious days would've hindered him & my own ongoing recovery without a doubt. We were both helped. Kate's Gifts is also there in person & an utterly delightful bonus. If waiting for your rx you may be peeved at their efficiency because one becomes sucked into an enchanted vortex looking at Kate's Gifts! You've been warned, lol. "After being told by Walgreens they don't do compounding prescriptions, they referred me to Northwest Pharmaceutical Compounding. Once there I was given a quote and told any pharmacy should be able to fill my prescription. The pharmacist sent me away so I could save money!! So off I went to Walmart. Walmart didn't have it in stock and told me they no longer carry it. I called QFC and finally I was able to get it filled. "This is the best pharmacy I have ever used! This is not your ordinary pharmacy! They are fast, friendly and do mail orders. They actually care about you and they always call to confirm med orders and let you know the status and, if applicable, will offer flavors for your meds. I refer everyone to this pharmacy and they are very pleased with the service as well. They always answer the phone in person; no automated service! I recently had a frustrating situation with another pharmacy and Mike took care of it immediately! I highly recommend them for all your compounding and other pharmaceutical needs. "A couple years ago I was prescribed a compound medication to be taken monthly.  Many years ago, at different times in my life, I was prescribed compound medications and was not happy with 2 different compound pharmacies I dealt with, both in Western WA.  Not wanting to return to either of these, luckily I was given a referral to Northwest Pharmaceutical Compounding & Kate's Gifts in Mill Creek, WA.  My experience was like night & day between the compound pharmacies of my past and Northwest Pharmaceutical Compounding.  When I first called, I talked to Mike, owner/ head pharmacist with a few decades of experience which all that knowledge is hugely beneficial to me and so many others.  He patiently answered my many questions about my new medication. Having  chronic illnesses, I regretfully have to take a lot of meds so it's very important I have pharmacists with vast amounts of knowledge to prevent or alert me of possible interactions.  Living 7+ hours away round trip, I was very relieved to find out not only do they offer mailing service for NO charge, plus it always arrives the very next day.  In my 2 years of dealing with this compound pharmacy,  Mike and his staff have been very kind, caring, helpful, accommodating & knowledgeable.  I've definitely been thankful to the person that referred me there.  It's way past due for me writing a review so others that have had either bad experiences as I did in the past or for anyone looking for a sincere recommendation to a truly excellent Compound Pharmacy, this one is most certainly it! They cater to patients whether its people &/or Our Fur Baby Family Members!  My thanks and gratitude to Mike and all his staff which have gone above and beyond as I have personally experienced!! If I ever am able to get up that way, I would love to stop in and meet you all in person as I feel like I already know you.  I would also happily check out Kate's Gifts as I love to buy unique items that are not found at chain or big box stores."
