"Terrible customer service at this branch !!! Cant evan do a simple transaction!!! No they dont serv the disabled!!! They make their life evan harder by harrasing them!! How am i exceeding my limit if im taking out$ 1730 and my limit is$$2500? Your tellers dont know the diferencebetween 1730 and 2500?? No wonder you reviews are so low! Never would I open an account here!! Yes feel discriminated!!!!"
"tl;dr: Don't do your banking here. If you want your money to be given to the state of Oregon, go no further! OnPoint will close your account and give your money to the state of Oregon with no proof of trying to contact you. Further, they'll direct you to a government website with effectively no other information for how to claim your funds."
"I have been with OnPoint for several years multiple loans. I went in today about a glitch in the system and asked to speak to someone about it. I told him exactly why I was there and they told me please wait after waiting for 15 minutes I was told that they cannot help me. I asked to speak to a bank manager and I was told there is no bank manager here I looked in the office and clearly there was a bank manager on duty. I do not recommend doing business with these company anymore. my experience was very unprofessional while I was there."
"Before you wait in line for a notary be sure that the document being notarized doesn't say anything about you having a sound mind. Before they could notarize, they had to cross that line out for the reason of not "knowing" me. This, of course, rendered the document unacceptable by the recipient. The recipient also told us that through the thousands of these documents they receive notarized, they have never encountered this before. Ask yourself, what does a sound mind mean exactly? "A sound mind and memory means the person has sufficient mental capacity to understand their actions." Basically the whole reason to have a notary present is for that exact purpose. Fix your stupid policy."
"Zero stars, find another credit union, these guy are not a "community" credit union, they are a credit union that thinks they are a bank. So, was about $30 short on automatic mortgage withdrawal, instead of pulling $30 out of over $2000 in savings or putting $30 on my zero balance Visa with a limit of over $10K, they pull it from savings and slap me with a $30 overdraft fee. Just like a bank. My other union would never ever ever do this. Ever. Then add to that two rude (not just one) telephone agents. Do yourself a favor and find a real credit union and I do know the difference. They service my mortgage for Freddy Mac, if my mortgage is moved I'm gone."
