"A good value for the money. Convenient and thorough.....that was last year's review. I made and appointment and showed up on time. Stood there without even being acknowledged. Maybe they were busy because someone's appointment was running long, I get that. A head nod or a "we'll be right with you" would have been nice. I milled about like a creeper for 15 minutes and decided I'd go somewhere else. Had to change my review from 5 to 1."

"Our tax service associate was polite, courteous, and professional. He seemed interested in our concerns, we would recomend Jackson Hewitt to anyone. "UPDATE" We scheduled an appointment this year late in March, because we were having trouble getting one last tax form. Finally arrived end of Feb., thought we would check to see if we could move our appointment up to a closer date. Guess what, one day later we're in to have our Taxes done. Thanks to Jackson Hewitt"

"The Bellingham, Washington Walmart Location. We've been using Jackson Hewitt for a few years now. This year was the worst service we've gotten. They double booked our appointment. They scheduled me twice for the same day. The guy Jag that did our taxes wasn't very well trained. His father or someone showed up during our appointment and was standing over his shoulder looking at the computer that had our families personal information on the screen. Towards the end of our appointment I opened up an email about an offer I had for an advance. In the email it mentioned it needed to be done by the 31st of January. Jag said we'll get to that in a moment. He then proceeded to click away on the computer had us sign something. I asked about our advance again. He says I offered that and you declined. I looked at him and said no you didn't. I then proceed to argue with him that he didn't. I looked at my husband who is a little more cool headed and asked do you remember any of this he said no. Jag then proceeds to tell me well I'll have my supervisor look at it and take care of it, because I'm off work now. I'm so tempted to find another tax place. This was AWFUL. I've actually told friends n family not to use his service. I will not be handing out the coupon this year. I might not even return next year."
