U.S. Bank Branch

"Seriously I have called this branch a number of times and they refuse to answer the phone. Eventually I get to speak to someone at a call center who has to call the branch and act as a middle man. Answer your phones! Have the tiniest amount of customer service."

"After dealing with this Maria person today. I 100% recommend taking your money to another bank. At least do not do business with her. After two different attempts from 2 different attorneys, she still failed to understand a simple document. This being said, I delt with a couple others there and I might add.......not much hope of success there either. Go to a credit union, they actually train their employees."

"US Bank is one of the worst corporations on the planet. They are fine until you have the smallest of issues, then you will suddenly realize what a terrible mistake you have made. I would rather go to the Grays Harbor Emergency Room than bank with them. I wish they didn't even have a presence in this community."

"The past two months the availability of online services have been quite spotty. Sometimes it goes days before I am able to gain online access to my accounts. US Bank also buries support options for the website, so not really sure were to highlight this issue with US Bank so I've turned to Google reviews. Considering how much banking is done online, this is like the branch being unavailable during business hours. Fix it! (Or users will have to look for another solution for their online banking needs.)"
