"My cockatiel Norgay had an eye infection. I was able to clear it up on my own. He is 22+ years and going strong. I credit his age to the excellent care and advice at B&E Pets. I've moved north so I don't see them much. Talk about compassion and knowledge. I loved to interact with the variety of beloved pets in the waiting room"
"Brought my turtle in about a month after I got her so I could make sure she's healthy and I could asked questions. The vet and vet tech were soooo nice and answered all my questions and gave me good advice and helped me feel more confident as a turtle mom! I love this place, everyone was so nice!!!"
"Absolutely exceptional experience. My guinea pig Coco started bleeding heavily and needed to get checked out immediately. Upon realizing the Severity of the situation, the doctor agreed to come in on his day to ensure she got the care she needed. He also took her home for 24hrs after the operation, she had several masses that needed to be removed causing this to turn into a very large and potentially risky surgery. From start to finish they answered all my questions and always picked up the phone quickly. They broke down the price range of the operation depending upon complications, I was extraordinarily relieved when I saw I would indeed be paying twords the lower end of the spectrum considering all of the additional work that had to be done. These people have called every day for 3 days to check in on her, overall this experience has far exceeded every expectation and they truly treat you and your furry friend like family. I highly recommend this place, and will be taking Coco there for as long as I can."
"I have several parrots and been to 2 other avian veterinarians in the area but Dr Bennett and her staff are the best. Unlike other veterinarians with Dr Bennett I’m able to stay in the exam room for the entire examination while she is explaining everything to me. She has a wealth of experience, she is happy to answer any questions and I never feel rushed. I always get a post visit phone call from one of her staff to see how everything is going. Prices are also very reasonable. Cultures are done in house and is half the cost of other veterinarians. I highly recommend Dr Bennett. I called for an appointment and was able to get in the following day."
"Great experience here! I called to make an appointment for neutering a male guinea pig and was able to book within a few weeks. Easy payment process, easy reminders of upcoming appointment, easy drop off/pickup, and easy check-in by text post op. I’ve had three years of difficult vet experiences because many staff left the area as life became difficult. I was driving way out of city to get my pigs treated and those vets didn’t have enough pig experience. I’m so relieved that this veterinary hospital is fully open again and staffed. Please support them with your business and kindness. Our society has a major lack of veterinarians and vet assistants similar to our lack of doctors and nurses… don’t drive the ones we do have away. Also if you have guinea pigs, buy Sherwood Urinary Support pills, crushed them to a powder (if pig won’t eat straight), and mix with chopped parsley/cilantro/baby carrots—it’s a savior!! Read the reviews, it’s saving pigs from bladder stones! Don’t add to the water bottle like I tried at first as it just gets gross and wastes the pills."
