"Meh. Tech arrived on time (same day appt) but had limited English skills (self professed) so he wasn't able to clearly communicate what the problem was with our dryer (just that it had a "broken line"). But said he had "the parts" on hand to do complete the repairs for $325 in under 45 minutes, so went ahead with it. (It was after 5pm on "laundy day" and we'd already committed to the $90 service visit cost.) The work was completed in under 5 min. And, as near as I can tell, it was just reattaching the (same) power cord inside the unit. So we spent ~$325 +tax +tip** (no receipt has been sent yet) for a simple repair (that I could , and have, done myself before, with a phillips screwdriver and a $25 dryer cord from local hardware store). We didn't even get a new cord (a new "part"), and tech left the exhaust duct disconnected so I had to connect it myself. Sigh. In hindsight, I could/should have done this myself for 1/10 the cost."

"technician came didn't have enough knowledge or he was not interested even in finding the problem. 1. came in and measured the temperature of the refrigerator, with the temperate I could conclude that fridge is not cooling. 2. I told him the water is off because of leakage. 3. turned on the water 4. he started looking around the refrigerator with torch and inside 5. made the conclusion that there is no leak and no problem. 6. had to tell him that when you use the water dispenser then it leaks. 7. he took a small mug and filled it water from refrigerator then no leaks. he said your refrigerator is fine. 8. then I told him that may be we need more water out from dispenser and I did that then water started leaking from the left gate. 9. then he tried dismantling the refrigerator door, which he could not. 10. then he made the conclusion that Condenser is not working from no where and said call the insurance company it will be much cheaper. I would expect some diagnostic to figure out whats wrong. 11. then I was asked to pay for the visit as well as diagnostic. I refused to pay for diagnostic. will hesitate to call next time."

"I would give them 0 stars. Our fridge was leaking water and not cooling the technician came, fixed the leaking and did not check the cooling issue. When he stepped out I called him back and told I don’t feel any cooling. He said it will take 5-6 hours because fridge has been reset. He charged us $310. The fridge still didn’t cool so I asked them to send the technician again. The technician who couldn’t speak any english told us now it is compressor issue and better to get a new fridge. He said the issue wasn’t there yesterday. He just left even without giving us time to talk to the company people. I have asked them to refund the money and deduct the visit charges. Haven’t heard back from them yet. I hope they will get back to me."
