"My son jumped on his iPad and wrecked the glass. Luckily I was at work so I was able to contain my rage and rationally look for a way to fix it. The Apple Store was about as expensive as getting a new iPad so I connected with Gig-Tech through google chat. He was friendly and replied quickly with a reasonable price and quick turn-around time. He lived up to his promises and now my son has a fixed iPad and I have some peace. POG"

"The BEST service I’ve ever experienced. We needed a screen replacement done, I called ahead to make sure he had the part for it. Told me it would be available the next day. I got lost finding his shop but he came out to get me! He was so kind and helpful. Will be coming back here! "I googled for a phone technician and 3 of the 5 stars rated techs appeared. Only 1 of the 3 answered my calls, infacts on the first ring!! Since my cellphone screen had shuttered, I called him from work. He gave me the directions to his shop. Unfortunately I got lost and had to pull into a gas station where the attendant was nice enough to let me use his cellphone. When I told Mr Gig that I'm lost, he told me to give him 5 minutes. He then came and I drove behind him to his shop. He was very friendly, efficient and top notch work. My phone looks like new. The price was very fair. I brought the phone on a Friday evening and it was fixed by 10 AM on Saturday. I would definitely refer him to another customer!!"

"Had an iPad that fell between the recliner cushions and cracked the glass. He came to pick it up, did some cleanup and found it was just the screen protector and brought it back no charge! This guy is amazing and I'll be bringing any repairs to him! Highly recommend."
