"We're done with the service plan that these guys offer. It literally buys you nothing other than a discount if you are lucky enough to get them to show up. Our heat was out in December. They couldn't come for 4 days, so I found a way to fix it myself with YouTube videos - hours of frustration. Then there is the scheduling of the maintenance visits. They love to do that, but they NEVER show up and always cancel the day of the appointment. Now what will happen is they will reply to this to ask me to call their Quality Service Manager. I now need to call them to make this right somehow. They are out to lunch and collecting our money for doing absolutely nothing. We're done."
"Blue Flame cheated me and they might cheat you, too. They took money from my credit card for a year and a half, and when I called for service, no one showed. I called them 3 times, and still no service. I asked for my service money to be returned, and they only agreed to return PART of it AFTER I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Bad business!! Reply: BF has a short memory. We discussed the cheating for months and with the BBB, and still they wouldn't refund money I paid for NO SERVICE. I'm fulfilling my promise to post on social media MONTHLY. The reminder is on my calendar."
"This review is for the support service package that Blue Flame sells post-installation. This service is so terribly organized that it's a complete clown show. One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. You get pestered with multiple calls per day, multiple texts per day, it's exceptionally annoying. Even after the appointment is made, they continue to call to schedule an appointment. And then they text you that the appointment can't be made because they're short staffed. Rinse and repeat. These guys are complete clowns. Buy their products, get their installs... Their sales and installation teams are top notch, 5/5 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SERVICE PRODUCTS. Go elsewhere."
"I managed to fix the furnace on my own. But I’d like to leave a review of their billing practices. When I called their price for a visit was $109. But I mentioned that previous quotes were for $89, so they agreed to $89. Just now they offered a checkup for $109, down from their original price of $190. But yesterday they gave me a price of $69 for the same service. These varying degrees of prices leaves me feeling suspicious of how much they’re ripping consumers off."
"I would give 0 star to the company for their services on my AC. They installed my AC without finishing up all parts. And when I called in, they kept saying appointment arranged for me, but never showed up. The guys had wasted me many days!!! It makes not sense if they responded this review saying to call their service manager, they just don’t do what they say!!"
